Commissioning assistance is available for most projects sold by Bitzer Australia. This service is dependent on some basic terms and conditions**. The “commissioning assistance” is assistance only, Bitzer Australia will not commission the systems as a whole independently on site without commissioning staff from the relevant site contractor. Commissioning assistance is meant more as a supervision and support tool and not a standalone engineering service.

Refrigeration systems are often complex solutions where product and application are matched. They require not only high quality equipment but experienced installation. This installation includes correct sizing of linked components, compressor systems, evaporators and condensers. It includes the correct sizing of pipes and pipe branches and also the orientation of these piping systems. The final element is control, the independent sections of the system and their related controls need to be set to enable smooth balanced operation. 

BITZER equipment is regularly connected to large and complex systems. In order for commissioning assistance to take place the site requires all installation works to be completed and the equipment to be ready to start.
